This is my first time leaving a review for something that I purchased. I bought a $200 grill a couple years ago and it disintegrated on me. I always wanted to buy a Weber, but it was so pricey. This time I decided to spend the extra money and it was well the investment. The food tastes better than the other grill! Not to mention the parts on this grill should last a while. Trust me when I say, "spend the extra money and buy the Weber!"

I expected more from a Weber grill. I received the grill before Christmas and attempted to put together. The base was dented as if something fell on the lip during manufacturing. I call customer service and they overnighted a new base piece. Upon arrival I started again to put the grill together. As I was finishing the last few steps are installing the side shelves. While installing the shelves the lock nuts threaded to a bolted frame snapped before tightening. Both right and left side panels required to be replaced since the bolts supporting the shelves were integrated. After several weeks of backorder probably due to this design flaw, I received the side panels and the redesigned bolt system. I had to disassemble the grill again and reinstall the new sides. I finally have the grill put together and it looks great with a sturdy feel. I think future orders will have my problems corrected but I did not like being Weber’s quality control. Weber has superb customer service saved the return of the product.

Hard to find three burner grill with cast iron grids, well-made, easy on floor space, does a nice job cooking.
